A financial services management group comprising approximately 60 staff, were relocating offices within 10 miles of their current location. Wychwood Communications undertook the tasks of project managing the supply of voice and data infrastructure and the provision of voice services (including the specification and tender processes) as well as co-ordinating the activities of network providers and electrical contractors.

 

 

On behalf of a client located in central London, following on from a proposal by their existing supplier, the consultancy completed a review of existing voice services and the tariffs charged for call traffic, including mobile calls.

 

 

As a result of considerable expansion, a property services group needed to enhance their existing facilities to incorporate IP technology benefits. Working alongside the clients technical staff, Wychwood Communications provided consultancy and project management services including testing and approving the installed solution.

 

 

Wychwood Communications is working with a number of small businesses providing 1st line support to their IT and telephony facilities. This also involves hardware and software provision, system monitoring, staff training, problem resolution and ongoing facility development.
